Weaver’s Tax Services team is looking for a new Administrative Assistant I or II to join their growing team. The Tax Services Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the tax department. This professional will be responsible for typing correspondence, formatting and generating reports, filing, and assembling and processing deliverables. The Administrative Assistant I will interact with clients via telephone and in-person, therefore we require professionalism in presentation and communication. We are looking for someone who is a team player, organized, and has high attention to detail. This opportunity offers professional growth, a warm culture and medical benefits including 15 days PTO per year!
Education and Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 + years administrative experience
- Punctuality and dependability are required
- Strong customer service skills are essential
